RATCH entered MOU with Myanmar's Ministry of Electric Power to start feasibility study on Myeik power plant project promoting economic and social development between two nations

Nonthaburi: Recently, H.E. U Khin Maung Soe (Third from right), Minister of Electric Power of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, honorably signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the feasibility study and development of the 2,640-megawatt Myeik power plant project in Tanintharyi region with Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL (RATCH). Mr. Pongdith Potchana (fourth from left), Chief Executive Officer of RATCH and other three business partners including Blue Energy & Environment Company Limited (Thailand), Vantage Company Limited (Myanmar) and Kyaw Kyaw Phyo Company Limited (Myanmar) jointly entered into the said MOU. The power project will help support economic and social development of both Myanmar and Thailand for sustainable growth.
