RATCH is officially certified as a member of Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) by Thai Institute of Directors (IOD)

Bangkok: Mr. Sutat Patmasiriwat, RATCH Chairman, (on the right), received a membership certificate of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) from Dr. Kopr Kritayakirana, Chairman of CAC Certification Committee (on the left). RATCH put in place the relevant policy and internal control system, with measures to prevent corruption as per the CAC guidelines. RATCH’s CAC membership was certified on April 29, 2016 and the certificate will be valid for three years after the date of issuance.      

After declaring their anti-corruption intentions with the CAC on November 21, 2014, the company has continued to develop and improve its internal anti-corruption system, with an aim to take part in mitigating the corruption through conducting business with integrity in ethical manner and refusing to pay bribes.
