RATCH was recognized as ESG100 companies due to its business sustainability development

Nonthaburi: Mr. Pongdith Potchana, Chief Executive Officer of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (RATCH) (third from right), received ESG100 Certificate from Dr. Pipat Yodprudtikan, the Director of Thaipat Institute (fourth from right), as a listed company in the category of energy and public utility with outstanding environmental, social and governance (ESG) operation.

100 listed company with outstanding ESG operation or ESG100 companies organized by Thaipat Institute is regarded as Thailand’s first ranking that evaluates business sustainability development of 567 listed companies (excluding those undergoing rehabilitation program). The assessment is based on the publicly released reports or information from their Form 56-1 declaration, which identifies sources and periods during which information has been gathered according the Capital Market Supervisory Board’s notification of rules, conditions and procedures governing presentation of financial data and operation results of a company issuing securities; annual report; sustainability report as well as sustainability-development results from related units. ESG100 also provides baseline data for investors looking for listed companies with outstanding ESG achievements.
