 Materiality Assessment Process
 Identification
• Gather the opinions of the Board of Directors and the Management, conduct employee engagement survey, unofficial hearing for internal units working directly with stakeholders, and assess enterprise risks
• Gather the opinions of significant stakeholders’ representatives through interviews, analysts’ questions and questions from the media; issues arising from ESG assessment by securities companies, mutual fund companies and international organizations; and recommendations of those who read 2019 Sustainability Report

Prioritization
• Group the topics based on their relevance in economic, social and environmental dimensions
• Set prioritization criteria (for the Company and for stakeholders); outline the level of impacts on operational process, finance, the environment, health, safety, reputation and employee satisfaction; and identify stakeholders for each given issue
• High-level executives and relevant units assess material issues
• Process the assessment based on GRI’s Materiality Matrix
Validation
• Reassessment of material issues by the central unit responsible for the reporting
• Reassessed matrix submitted for the top management’s endorsement
Review
• Prepare questionaire and insert it in This Report, to collect readers’ recommendations which will be gathered for the assessment of material issues in the following year
