Whistleblowing Channel
RATCH Group Public Company Limited has established whistleblower and reporting channels for the stakeholders in the case of witnessing incidents that violate or does not comply with the Code of Conduct or may indicate fraud or illegal actions or may damage the Company. The stakeholders may inquire or file reports to the following persons:
- Chairman or directors
- Independent directors or Audit Committee
- Chief Executive Officer
- Vice President – Head of Internal Audit Division
