RATCH - PRINC signed a Share Subscription Agreement valued at 1.558 billion baht, driving synergy for healthcare expansion across the country

Mr. Kijja Sripatthangkura, Chief Executive Officer of RATCH Group Public Company Limited (third from left) and Dr.Satit Viddayakorn (Ph.D.), Managing Director of Principal Capital Public Company Limited (third from right) signed a Share Subscription Agreement valued at 1,557,705,338.59 baht. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Sakarin Tangkavachiranon (second from left), RATCH’s Chief Business Development Officer, Mrs. Wadeerat Charoencoop (far left), RATCH’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Veera Srichanachaichok (second from right), PRINC’s Acting Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Tanee Maneenut (far right), PRINC’s Assistant Managing Director- Business Development.

This Agreement is the good start of partnership between RATCH and PRINC in driving healthcare service expansion in secondary cities across the country, collaboration in other business in healthcare value chain along with care of community, society and environment.

RATCH Group Public Company Limited has contributed 40 tCO2eq of carbon credits from the Energy Efficiency Project through LED Lighting Replacement by Ratchaburi Power Plant to support the Executive Program in Energy Literacy for a Sustainable Future, Class 21 by Thailand Energy Academy.
