RATCH is certified as a CAC member.
Bangkok – Mr. Kopr Kritayakirana (right), Vice Chairman of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) presented the CAC re-certification to Mr. Kijja Sripatthangkura, RATCH CEO (left). This was in line with the criteria of Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) and Thai Institute of Director (IOD). The certificate will be valid for three years since the date of certification. The company commits to complying with the good governance principle in their operation and administration as well as anti-corruption at all forms.
