The company has been assessed by the corporate governance and sustainability aspect of the 11th NACC Integrity Awards from the Office of National Anti-corruption Commission, 2023 The Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies: CGR by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand including 2023 SET ESG Ratings for listed sustainable stocks supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
RATCH Group received an honorable mention from the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission awarded to organizational management criteria of good governance, transparency, fraudulence and conflict of interest preventive measures, adherence with respect for human rights. The company was also rated “Excellent” or a 5-star level in the CGR 2023 assessment arranged by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) for the 8th consecutive year with a higher score than the average score of listed companies, in the energy sector among the companies with over 10,000 million THB Market Capitalization. Besides, RATCH Group received “AA” in the 2023 SET ESG Ratings by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
